BUILD Workforce

The current challenge is to quickly create a workforce during the reestablishment of US manufacturing. In order to do this, The BUILD Workforce Program will put graduates and current practitioners through a 9 to 12 month post graduate engineering program that supplements the important theoretical aspects of traditional engineering programs with the practical hands-on engineering concepts sought by the 21st century employers. Our BUILD courses and associated projects are strategically designed to reflect how modern engineering is practiced. This is done through collaborative and multidisciplinary teamwork empowering graduates to quickly gain true work experience and be field ready allowing the US a competitive edge in engineering and manufacturing.
